2 cups of arboreal rice
500g of clean shrimp
1 cup (200 ml) dry white wine
1 liter of vegetable stock
2 cloves garlic squeezed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 chopped onion
1 tablespoon cold butter
180 g of brie cheese in small cubes
1/2 lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Method of preparation
Season the prawns with salt, lemon, black pepper and a clove of garlic.
In a saucepan, heat a spoonful of olive oil and sauté shrimp for about 5 minutes. Reserve.
In another pan, heat the remaining oil and saute the onion and garlic.
Add the rice, sauté a little. Then add the wine, stirring constantly.
Gradually add the broth, always stirring until the rice is cooked.
Add brie and shrimp. Turn off the heat and stir in the butter. Serve immediately.
